La La financiarización del Estado:
fundamentos y evolución de la introducción de principios de gerencia corporativa en el aparato administrativo del Estado
Resumen
Desde la década de 1970, procedimientos de gobiernos corporativos dominados por intereses financieros orientan las reformas del aparato administrativo del Estado. Introducen vínculos mercantiles, así como imperativos de valorización y de competencia en el corazón del Estado. Designamos este fenómeno como financiarización del Estado. Su estudio contribuye a develar ciertos mecanismos de connivencia estructural entre el Estado y las oligarquías financieras. Analizamos los fundamentos, las principales facetas y la evolución del fenómeno. Asimismo, ponemos en relieve sus contradicciones para con la naturaleza misma del Estado.
