A A financeirização do Estado:
Fundamentos e evolução da introdução de princípios de gestão corporativa no aparato administrativo do Estado
Resumo
Desde a década de 1970, os procedimentos do governo corporativo dominado por interesses financeiros orientaram as reformas do aparato administrativo do Estado. Eles introduzem vínculos comerciais, bem como imperativos de valorização e competição no coração do Estado. Designamos esse fenômeno como financeirização do Estado. Seu estudo ajuda a revelar certos mecanismos de conluio estrutural entre o Estado e as oligarquias financeiras. Analisamos os fundamentos, as principais facetas e a evolução do fenômeno. Da mesma forma, destacamos suas contradições com a própria natureza do Estado.
